Scope and contact

Veyscore — Scores & Streams and veyscore.app are operated by Veyscore Ltd. This policy describes information used to provide the app, website, and related support. For privacy, account, or deletion requests, contact contact@veyscore.app. External websites opened from the app have their own privacy practices.

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and any profile picture you provide. Passwords are stored in a protected form, not as readable text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and the profile information needed to sign you in. We also process device and browser information, IP addresses, and sign-in times to maintain your session and protect your account.

Favorites and notification preferences

We store your favorite teams and leagues, notification choices, and match reminders on your device and our servers. As a guest, these choices are associated with the app on that device. When you sign in, guest selections can be added to your account and synchronized across your devices. When you sign out, the app returns to that device’s guest preferences.

Installation and push delivery

To send the notifications you choose, we process an app installation identifier, notification delivery token, app and device version, and notification permission settings. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers these notifications. We keep delivery records to avoid duplicates, retry failed deliveries, and investigate problems. You can manage notifications in the app or in your device settings; a notification already being delivered may still arrive.

Analytics and crash diagnostics

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used and improve the service. Analytics may process app interactions, app and device information, and app installation identifiers. Veyscore disables advertising identifier collection and Firebase advertising personalization signals.

App versions with crash reporting enabled use Google Firebase Crashlytics to investigate errors. Reports can include crash details, device information, app version, and installation identifiers. Collection may differ by app version. These services are operated by Google and are subject to Google’s privacy and data-processing terms.

Use, processing and protection

Veyscore uses these data to provide authentication, synchronization, push notifications, security, support and service reliability. The backend, its hosting infrastructure and configured Google services process relevant data for these purposes. Data may be processed where these services operate. Access is limited by account and installation authorization; network transport and deployment controls also contribute to protection. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or tokens in support emails.

Deletion and what remains

You can delete your Veyscore account from Profile → Delete account, after verifying your password or Google identity. This removes your account, linked sign-in information, account favorites, notification preferences, and account-linked records, and signs you out on all devices. The app then returns to guest use.

Independent guest preferences and the app’s device registration remain available for guest use. Deleting your Veyscore account does not delete your Google account, recall delivered notifications, or automatically erase records held separately by Google or other services. Support emails, service logs, and backups are handled separately. Contact contact@veyscore.app about those records or to request deletion of remaining device-related information. We verify ownership before acting on a request.

Retention and deletion requests outside the app

Account-linked information is retained while your account exists and is removed by the account-deletion process described above. Independent guest and installation records remain available for guest use. Support correspondence, infrastructure logs, backups and records held by service providers are handled separately from the in-app deletion action; contact contact@veyscore.app about those records and their applicable retention.

If you no longer have the app, email contact@veyscore.app with the subject “Veyscore account deletion” and identify the account you want deleted. You can find these instructions at https://veyscore.app/delete-account/. We verify ownership before processing a request. Do not send your password, access token or Google ID token.

Choices and policy updates

You can browse as a guest, manage favorites and notifications, change notification permissions in your device settings, sign out, or delete your account. The app does not currently offer a separate analytics or crash-reporting switch. For questions about your information or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact contact@veyscore.app. We may ask you to verify your identity.

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.

Copyright correspondence

If you send a copyright notice or counter-notice, we process the contact details, signature, claim information, and supporting material you provide to review and respond to the request. Relevant information may be shared with the affected party, the person who submitted the original claim, or advisers and authorities where necessary to address the claim or comply with law. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or unrelated sensitive information.

Copyright correspondence may be retained as needed to handle the claim, related disputes, and applicable legal obligations. Contact contact@veyscore.app about access or deletion of these records.

This website

The pages on veyscore.app do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Fonts, screenshots, and other page assets are served with the website. Hosting providers receive technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information, and request timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

The website does not collect newsletter or waitlist registrations. Choosing an email link opens your email application; nothing is sent until you send the message. Veyscore Ltd. receives the information you choose to include. Links to Google Play or other external services are subject to those services’ own privacy practices.
